There is a Reddit challenge to create the most annoying volume control “icon”
Sometimes when you use a video player, the volume slider can be difficult to use or uncomfortable. Some Reddit users realized this, and then organized a competition to design the most annoying volume slider.
A volume icon has to have a good design that is also easy to use, and to make fun of the ones that don’t really meet these requirements, they have designed these hilarious volume controllers that defy all kinds of logic.
For example, in one volume controller you have to roll the dice and cross your fingers for good luck in getting the desired number, or in another you have to play the old Snake game to feed on red or green points, depending on whether you want to make the volume louder or quieter.
